Your shop has a standard for color: someone owns it, someone signs off, nothing ships that fails the check. AI deserves the same. Ask three questions of every AI tool you let into the shop. Here are Imagineloom's answers, including what isn't finished.
What can it reach?
Limit it.
- Only your shop's designs, price sheet and files, behind your staff key. Another shop never sees them.
- Proofs, stitch files and cut files are made by our own code, not by an AI model.
- Every outside AI service that could see shop data is listed below with exactly what it sees. Each is off until your shop turns it on.
- Licensed letters and crests sit in a locked slot that only takes the licensed vendor's own file.
- You set, per action, whether the AI may only suggest, may draft for a person to approve, or may act.
What did it do?
Record it.
- Every automated or AI-assisted step goes in your shop's action log: what ran, a fingerprint of what went in (never the art itself), what came out, who decided and who approved.
- Every approved pack carries a work order with sign-off boxes, and a provenance record for every licensed file.
- Export the whole log, and all your data, any time.
Who can stop it?
Be able to stop it.
- Your shop names one person, plus a backup. Not a committee.
- Anyone on staff can stop all AI and automation in one tap; the named owner gets a stop link for their phone.
- While stopped: no AI calls, no file desk, no automatic hand-off to the floor. People can still approve and download by hand.
- Only the owner or the backup can restart it, and the restart is logged.
Outside services
| Service | What for | What it sees | Where | Default |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| OpenRouter (Gemini image model) | photo-style product shots made from Imagineloom's own renders | our renders of a design; never customer files, prices or names | the design workshop only; not part of the hosted studio | off |
| OpenRouter (chat models, e.g. GPT-4o mini) | the design helper in the Print Studio (the counter app a print shop runs) | what the customer types to the helper and the design's text; never prices or other customers | Print Studio only, when the shop sets a key | off |
| Replicate (Real-ESRGAN upscaler; Flux print patterns) | sharpen a small customer image, or draw a print pattern from a prompt, when the shop chooses it | that one image, or the pattern prompt | intake and the print generator, only when chosen | off |
| Recraft (print patterns) | draw a seamless print pattern from a prompt | the pattern prompt (and, for an edit, the source image) | the print generator, only when chosen | off |
| Stripe | card payments | the order total and the buyer's card details (Stripe holds the card, we never do) | checkout | off until keys are set |
| Upstash Redis (via Vercel) | storage for links, calibration and logs | the shop's stored records | everywhere, when connected | off until connected |
| Your email provider (SMTP or inbound file desk) | proof-ready and pickup emails; files forwarded to the file desk | the email and its attachments | notifications and the file desk | off until set |
We never use your files, prices or rules to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. Full terms are on For shops.
What the AI may do, out of the box
| Action | Default |
|---|---|
| work out a price from your price sheet | recommend: suggests; a person approves before anything happens |
| make a proof from the customer's art | write: may make or change the draft; a person approves before it leaves the shop |
| clean up or redraw customer art | write: may make or change the draft; a person approves before it leaves the shop |
| send a proof to the customer | recommend: suggests; a person approves before anything happens |
| change a price on an order | recommend: suggests; a person approves before anything happens |
| send an approved pack to production | recommend: suggests; a person approves before anything happens |
| write to a customer | recommend: suggests; a person approves before anything happens |
Change any line in Shop tools, Who decides. Prices sent to customers, purchase orders and refunds stay with people.
What isn't finished: no outside auditor has reviewed this yet, and no shop has run it in production. When that changes, this page will say so.
